On Skeletal Proportions

Dear parents,

By now, and through evidence you know I am not a gifted photographer, but I still want to share with you some pictures from our last session.

The budding scientists have started a serious study of a skeletal system. Before they will go into the human skeleton and its intricate parts, links and connections, they had a chance to examine owl pellets and also different animal bones. They have done a lot of comparative studies and have learned the idea of proportion in the design of a body that carries multiple functions. We had a lot of fun!
